We went big with this one. In forever sunny southern California, we created a totally new and unique music and events venue, The Rose. This venue hall presents live musical performances from nationally acclaimed acts in an eclectic, music-centric atmosphere. The Rose also includes upscale dining, state of the art video, massive projection screens, close circuit sounds, and a million dollar light show.

The Lou Smith Dining Room

The House of Blues, Atlanta Georgia
Largest Music Venue US Olympics
Responsible for Design, Coordination and construction of a 200,000SF site
encompassing an enormous Music Hall with performing celebrities like:
Bob Dylan, Al Green, Tito Puentes, Johnny Cash and The Blues Brothers.
Site included (15) Sponsorship Rooms leased throughout the Olympics to
NIKE, Coke and GAFF Sporting, Budweiser etc,
(2) Private Lounges, (5) bars, (13) Retail spaces,
Sun MicroSystems onsite Computer Center
A rooftop command Center for CNN and NBC,
(6) dressing rooms for various celebrities and superstars, a Boardroom,
Production offices, (15) offices TV taping room, and the Concierge Center
which included overseeing limousine services.
Also included in responsibilities, was the formation of an off site residence
to house guests, stars and rock royalty.
This space was approx. 80,000SF.
It offered luxury accommodations, a general lounging/entertainment center,
Design and coordination of 500 plus Kiosks that were built and
set up through the streets of Atlanta.

a fine dining “Foundation Room” to seat 75, The Foundation Room Club,

and overall coordination of Antiques, furniture, furnishings,
shipping and warehouse management.
