Returns & Exchanges 

Non-Furniture Items Returns/Exchanges

All in-stock (off the floor), non-furniture/rug items may be returned or exchanged if:

-Non-furniture/rug items are returned within 60 days of purchase.

-A valid proof of purchase is provided by the consumer (written, emailed/texted receipt).  

-All non-furniture/rug items are in good condition; unused and unwashed.

 

All out-of-stock (required ordering), non-furniture/rug items may be returned or exchanged* if: 

-Non-furniture/rug items are returned within 60 days of purchase.

-A valid proof of purchase is provided by the consumer (written, emailed/texted receipt).  

-All non-furniture/rug items are in good condition; unused and unwashed.

 

*All out-of-stock ordered items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  

 

Stock Furniture & Rug Returns/Exchanges

For in-stock items, payment is required in full.  For items that are out-of-stock, a 50% deposit is required to initiate a purchase order and the full payment balance is required before pick-up/delivery.  

 

Although we take great pride in the quality of our products, we encourage all of our customers/clients to inspect purchases upon receipt.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of pick-up/delivery for a full refund (all out-of stock items are subject to a 25% restocking fee).  All items will be inspected upon return and will only be accepted if in good condition; unused and undamaged.

 

After 30 days, furniture and rug purchases may be exchanged or returned for store credit only and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.  All items will be inspected upon return/exchange and will only be accepted if in good condition; unused and undamaged.

 

Custom Furniture & Rug Returns/Exchanges

All custom products are designed specifically for your needs and must be special ordered; therefore, we can not accept returns or exchanges on these items.  All custom products require a 50% deposit upon ordering and the full payment balance is required before pick-up/delivery.

 

You may cancel your custom furniture / rug order within 72 hours of initial purchase/deposit.  After 72 hours, your 50% deposit becomes non-refundable.
